Shipping Policy

At Ajivan Ayurveda Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic wellness products safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, and general logistics terms to help ensure a smooth shopping experience.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery across India.

Our standard delivery timeline is between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Orders within major metro cities may be delivered faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. During festive seasons, promotions, or unavoidable logistical disruptions, there may be a delay in delivery for which we will notify you proactively.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee may be charged at checkout. This will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use this number to track your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate and accessible during delivery hours.

We currently ship only within India. If you are located outside India and are interested in our products, please contact us directly at support@ajivanayurveda.com for possible solutions.

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or opened, we request you to not accept the delivery and immediately contact our support team. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
